Yale Professor Paul Berry will discuss Verdi’s beloved opera La Traviata as part of the Metropolitan Opera Talks Series. Yannick Nézet-Séguin conducts Michael Mayer’s richly textured new production, featuring a dazzling 18th-century setting that changes with the seasons. The Metropolitan Opera production will be shown at the Branford Regal Cinemas on Saturday, Dec. 15.
