 sarah aroesteLadino (Judeo- Spanish) children’s author and singer Sarah Aroeste will share her work.  Join international Ladino performer Sarah Aroeste as she teaches children in an interactive presentation how to have fun with Ladino (Judeo-Spanish).  Using her children’s book, Ora de Despertar (Time to wake up!), and lots of live music, she’ll get kids on their feet to learn about morning rituals, numbers, animals on a farm, meals of the day, and more-all in the Sephardic language of Ladino!  All welcome but recommended for ages 3-8.  C0-sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven.  Registration required.
