animal tailsWhat special abilities do animals’ tails give them?  Learn about local animals and how their super-powered tails help them survive in their habitat.  Meet some animals you might see in your neighborhood up close (look, don’t touch) from Dennison Pequotsepos Nature Center.  Registration required.  Space is limited.  Masked and distanced on the library lawn.  Tuesday, July 27th from 11:00am-12:00pm.  Ages 5 & up.  This program is generously funded by the Allan Louis Loeb Foundation.

**Important Safety Information for In-person Programs**

Masks, social distancing, temperature checks, age restrictions, and capacity restrictions will be strictly enforced for everybody’s safety, regardless of your vaccination status.  Please do not show up if you or anyone in your family have been exposed to coronavirus, have a suspected exposure, or tested positive in the last 14 days, or if you are feeling sick or anyone in your household is under quarantine.  Call the library at (203) 453-8282 if you cannot make it for any reason so we may let someone else participate.  In-person events will take place outside on the library lawn, so bring sunblock, a hat, water, etc. to stay safe in the sun.
