For the week of Thanksgiving, a German film about family, love and food: Perfectionist chef Martha relies on her culinary skills as her primary means of communication. Her restaurant kitchen is her entire life, and she obsesses over keeping it spotless and precise. When a fateful accident leaves her 8-year-old niece in her care, Martha’s orderly existence unravels.
