Description: Relax the mind and release tension in the body through gentle kripalu yoga. This four-week journey will offer you a variety of poses, breathing techniques, and meditation for relaxation. Beginners welcome, no experience required.
Safety: Please wear a mask and bring your own yoga mat. Sanitized blocks and straps will be provided if you would like to use or you can of course bring your own. Please let the instructor Erin know if you have any injuries or concerns via email to email@example.com.
