This 3-part series will offer you a variety of poses, breathing techniques, and meditation for relaxation. It is an option to use light hand weights that you can borrow or bring your own. Beginners welcome, no experience required. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.Space is limited and registration is required. Free and open to all.
