Does an alligator make a good pet? How about a tarantula? Or a chinchilla? Or a turtle? Learn about these and other exotic pets from Curious Creatures, what their lives are like in the wild, and what they need from people if they’re kept in captivity. If you’ve ever considered an exotic pet, or even if you just want to look at one, come on down to the library! Saturday, June 25th from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Registration is required. For ages 4 and up.
This event will take place outdoors on the library’s front lawn, weather permitting. You are encouraged to bring your own lawn chairs/blankets, water, hat/sunscreen, etc. in order to remain comfortable for the duration of this program. Masks are optional at this outdoor event and distancing may not be possible. There is no rain date for this event; it will move indoors in the event of rain.
