Relax the mind and release tension in the body through gentle yoga outside in nature. This free 4-week series is outside on the library’s front lawn. Beginners are welcome, no experience is required. Please bring your own yoga mat (or beach towel).

These classes are led by Erin Schuster, E-RYT 500. Erin believes that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, both on and off the mat. She offers weekly yoga classes, monthly workshops, corporate programs, and yoga for the schools series. Erin has completed and assisted the Yoga Teacher Trainings at Kripalu from 2012-2020. Space is limited and registration is required. This series is for adults only, please. Plan to attend all 4 dates when you register and if you cannot make a date, please let Erin know so she can open your spot to another student. If there is bad weather, class will be canceled.
