Ways to help:
Our volunteer opportunities range from once a year to several hours a week:
Sorting: Volunteers sort donated books for our three annual book sales, our major fundraising activities.
Scanning: Volunteers scan books for online sales, an increasingly significant source of income.
Staffing book sales: Dozens of volunteers help set up, stock sales tables, serve as cashiers, and assist customers.
Baking: Volunteers provide the home-baked goods that give the Fall Sale, our largest sale, an old-fashioned, small-town touch.
Supporting special projects: Volunteers assist with book groups, chess clubs, coding sessions, and other programs.
