Guilford Free Library offers exam proctoring services from Monday through Friday, based on the availability of personnel, facilities, and technology to do so, at no charge. All reference librarians may proctor an exam. Exams are administered in a private study room. Proctors will not monitor a student continuously during an exam, but may check on the student periodically.
- Proctoring services are offered by appointment during regular weekday hours.
- Appointments should be scheduled at least one week in advance.
- Students must arrive on time and bring a valid photo ID and any other materials needed for the exam.
- Guilford Free Library is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including power failures or computer hardware/software malfunctions.
- The proctor will uphold all time restrictions and testing regulations established by the student’s institution.
