Bert Sirkin began his photography career at age 18 as an apprentice to a professional photographer in Boston and has worked as a part-time professional photographer since he was 19. He has been teaching photography since 1970, including10 years leading workshops in Everglades National Park, Joshua Tree National Park, and Monument Valley Tribal Park. For 20 years, Bert also taught computer programming at Capital Community Technical College in Hartford, Connecticut. Today, he teaches online photography workshops and is a frequent speaker for photography clubs and organizations.
