Butter Jones is a local talent of prolific poet, singer-songwriters, with a unique sound that has been described as a blend of Indie Rock, Alt-Country, and Americana. The Band’s lyrical storytelling is complimented by their musicianship and creative arrangements.
The four band members; Ken Chmielewski (guitar and vocals), Mike Conklin (bass and vocals), Colleen Seymour (guitar and vocals) and Gary Parrington (drums & vocals) have captured the attention and entertained audiences in clubs, municipal concerts, music festivals, museums, parties and civic fundraisers throughout the greater CT River Valley and Shoreline. All of the band members share a life-long passion for music, and enjoy performing their original and dynamic repertoire of songs for music lovers of any age.
*In the event of rain the concert will be held inside the Library’s Meeting Room.
