In this program, participants will explore how Tai Chi supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, while fostering a deeper connection with others. The session is led by Dennis McCann, a Tai Chi instructor at the Middlesex Health Center for Integrative Medicine and a per diem chaplain at Middlesex Health.
