I experiment with texture and color, in particular. My tools of preference are palette knives, roller brushes, rags, plastic wrap…or anything I can get my hands on! Abstract art allows me freedom to create, invent, and play. I dove into abstract in 2017 with a colorful and chaotic splash and never really looked back. I studied art at Brandeis University, and I have my certification to teach art from K-12. In addition to painting and teaching, I sing in a band, run, and occasionally play pickle ball.Â
