Starting October 1st through October 31st, patrons of all ages are welcome to submit an original spooky story for our 1st annual CT library wide writing contest!

The children’s, teens and adult department will review all submissions within their age category and award a winner. The winner will earn a prize and their story will be published in the First Spooky CT Volume!

There’s been a crime in the library! Well…not really..but we’re going to pretend there was so we can solve the mystery together! Grab your magnifying glass and goofy detective hat, we’re going to catch us a culprit! (Again, not really, but we will be catching some snacks and pizza though!)

Free and open to all in grades 5-12. Registration is required.
