We’ll begin the evening with an open mic at 6:30 PM — all are welcome to share their own poems!

The many hats of Carolyn Stearns include author, storyteller, public speaker, farmer, 4-H leader, community activist, and FFA supporter. She has published over four books, including Christmas Spirits. Her writing and storytelling takes experiences from all avenues and blends them with a language full of color and mood. Carolyn resides on Mountain Dairy Farm that has seen 11 generations of her family walk the same fields in Eastern Connecticut. You may even recognize her voice as the announcer of the Guilford Fair Donkey Show.
