Athletes spend countless hours learning how to train, prepare, and perform—but what happens after the game, tournament, practice, competition, or season is just as important.

Join two sports chiropractors for an engaging and practical discussion on the often-overlooked side of athletic performance: recovery. Designed with youth athletes and their parents in mind, this seminar will explore how sleep, nutrition, hydration, mobility, active recovery, and smart training habits work together to help athletes perform at their best while staying healthy throughout the season.

They’ll also discuss what athletes should do after competition, including how to recover from the physical demands of an event, when to keep moving versus when to rest, how to recognize when the body needs additional attention like coming in to see us, and how to transition back into training safely.

The goal is simple: help young athletes understand that getting better isn’t just about working harder—it’s about preventing downtime and loss of progress. Here you will learn how to train, perform, recover, and stay healthy for the entire year.

This seminar is ideal for youth athletes, parents, coaches, and anyone interested in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. The seminar is free. Registration is required.
