The theme of the competition this year is America’s 250th birthday. Show us what this country means to you through art. Create your own quilt square design using the white fabric and crayons provided. Turn in your completed square to enter the competition and receive a free ticket to the Guilford Fair. The quilting committee will heat press the designs to make them fixed to the fabric, then combine them into a special community quilt displayed at the fair.
This youth quilt design competition is open to anyone ages 7-18. Registration is required as quilt squares are limited.
It‘s football season! Let’s be real, the best part about being a football fan is the snacks and team merch. So let’s make some football jersey themed brownies! While they’re baking, we’ll cook up some crafts including mason jars with turf coozies and Guilford Grizzlies spirit scarves!
