Nature Drawing: A close look at coneflower

Enjoy the beauty of nature and capture it with your very own work of art.  Children will investigate and closely observe purple coneflower (echinacea purpurea) in the library’s butterfly garden, then come in and create a realistic drawing with watercolor paints.  All materials will be provided.  This program is presented by Ann Courcy, a master naturalist and staff member of Steward Outdoor Day School.  Wednesday, September 18th from 4:15-5:15pm.  For ages 5-10.  Space is limited and registration is required.
