One Saturday each month, come to the library to learn about local & global animals & plants and meet wildlife/animals.  Our Loeb’s Weekend Wildlife series aims to broaden understanding of and compassion for the environment, wildlife, and domestic animals through informative and interactive presentations.  Open to ages 4 & up.  Registration is required for each individual event.  Generously funded by the Allan Louis Loeb Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to animal causes and named in memory of a great local champion for animal welfare.

June 13th from 11:00am-12:00pm.  Nature’s cleanup crew will be visiting the library!  Discover the world of decomposers large and small and the important role they play in recycling energy in their ecosystems.  Presenter:  Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center.
