Discover Italian with a course designed for beginners! This 5 week series combines essential grammar, practical language skills, and a taste of Italian culture. Through a mix of listening, reading, and writing activities, students will gain confidence in speaking Italian. With personalized handouts, interactive presentations, and a variety of resources—including videos, music, and games—learning is both effective and fun.
This 5-week course is designed for students who have completed a beginner course and can handle basic everyday situations, such as introductions or ordering in a restaurant. It builds on knowledge of nouns, articles, and regular verbs in the present and past tenses. Through guided practice, the instructor gradually shifts to speaking mostly in Italian, using authentic materials like texts, news, interviews, and videos to strengthen conversation skills, expand vocabulary, and build confidence.
This 5-week course is designed for students who want to enhance their fluency in Italian and develop stronger reading and listening skills. The instructor will speak mainly in Italian, and activities will focus on conversation across a range of topics, including daily life and cultural themes. Students will also work on reading (literary excerpts and newspapers), listening (interviews, conversations, and film clips in Italian), and writing (letters and short stories).
